I hope you are all staying high and dry after all the rain over the weekend. Giselle and I are enjoying spring like weather here in Cotacachi with cloudy skies, some sunny breaks, rain at night, and highs around 20. Perfect weather for this time of year here in Ecuador, although the locals say it is cooler and wetter than usual.
I was happy to see some of you made it out for last week’s Remembrance Day Ride. Patrick thanks you all for your continued support and participation.
Coming up this week and next:
· Thursday Zoom – Giselle and I might not be able to log in, but the link is still valid for those that want to chat. https://bcit.zoom.us/j/9973053803?pwd=Qmt4OXAwUmEva21uSW83VjJ3YzB3QT09. We will be enjoying a real steak at the Outback Steakhouse at the Airport in Quito while awaiting for our 1:00AM flight to Houston. If their wifi is good, we will try to pop in….
· Saturday Moring Breakfast Meeting – ABC Restaurant on Schoolhouse Rd in Coquitlam – 9:00AM. Giselle and I will be there barring any unforeseen circumstances, flight delays, etc….
· Chapter Christmas Dinner – Saturday, Dec 4th, 6:00PM at the Maharani Sweets Restaurant, 9320 – 120 St (Scott Road), Surrey. We aren’t quite at 40 members registered yet. The menu has been set, you received an email several weeks ago with all the details. Here is the link to register: https://wp.me/PaUAOf-ox
That’s all for now. Stay safe and we will see you all on Saturday!
